Abstract
Diplomsko delo se navezuje na problematiko neozaveščenosti zaposlenih o ukrepih certifikata 'Družini prijazno podjetje'. Pri izdelavi smo se osredotočali na področje družine in področje dela ter na njuno usklajevanje in uravnovešenost. Zanimal nas je postopek vpeljevanja certifikata v podjetje ter sami ukrepi v okviru certifikata. Zlasti so nas zanimali sami ukrepi ter njihov vpliv na vzdrževanje ravnovesja med delom in družino.
Teoretični del zajema opis in pomen družine, starševstva, dela in kariere, ter predstavitev konflikta med družinskim življenjem in službo. Nadalje je opisan postopek vpeljave certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje v podjetje, podrobneje pa so predstavljene tudi njegove ugodnosti.
V empiričnem delu smo z izvedbo ankete med zaposlenimi v podjetju Komunala Kranj raziskali, ali so zaposleni ozaveščeni o ukrepih CDPP, ali se pri koriščenju ukrepov pojavljajo težave in ali sploh pripomorejo k boljšemu ravnovesju med delom in družino. Izkazalo se je, da zaposleni v precej omejenem obsegu koristijo ukrepe, bodisi zaradi nepoznavanja ali zaradi same narave dela. Kljub temu menijo, da imajo dobro usklajeno delo in družino.

Analysis of the measures of the "family-friendly company" certificate at Komunala Kranj |

This thesis focuses on the family-friendly company certificate and the level of awareness about its measures among the employees of Komunala Kranj, a Slovenian waste management company. We wanted to establish the level of reconciliation of work and family life and the balance between the two. We were also interested in the process of implementing the certificate in a company, as well as what kind of measures it incorporates. Our interest was in particular oriented towards learning about individual measures and the effect they have on maintaining the balance between work and family life.
The theoretical part of the thesis comprises the description and the meaning of family, parenthood, work and career, and the description of conflict between work and family life. It furthermore describes the process of implementing the family-friendly company certificate in a company, and goes on introducing its various benefits.
The empirical part is based on a questionnaire, which was given out to the employees of Komunala Kranj, asking them whether and to what extent they are aware of the certificate measures, whether they are facing any problems in trying to make use of the measures, and whether the measures even contribute to a better balance between work and family life. According to the results, the employees only make use of the given measures to a limited extent, the reason being their unfamiliarity with the measures or the nature of work which makes it impossible to use them. Nevertheless, the employees believe that the reconciliation of their work and family life is satisfactory. |
