Abstract

Diplomsko delo preučuje vpliv pandemije covida-19 na nabavo letalskih transportnih storitev v mednarodnem farmacevtskem podjetju s poudarkom na logistiki hladne verige. S primerjavo nabavnih procesov pred in po pandemiji prikazuje, kako lahko podjetja izboljšajo strateške sposobnosti nabavnih kategorij v času kriz, kar dolgoročno izboljša prožnost in učinkovitost oskrbovalne verige. Ugotovitve ponujajo vpogled v soočanje s podobnimi krizami v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the procurement of air freight services in a multinational pharmaceutical company, focusing on cold chain logistics. The study highlights the strategic changes implemented by the company. By comparing pre- and post-pandemic procurement processes, the thesis demonstrates how companies can strengthen their strategic capabilities of procurement categories in times of crisis, ultimately improving long-term supply chain flexibility and efficiency. The findings offer insights into how similar crises can be managed in the future.
