Abstract

Timsko delo ima zelo pomembno vlogo v podjetjih. Med zaposlenimi je priljubljen način dela, še posebej, ko si želijo hitreje in lažje priti do učinkovitih rešitev za dane naloge. Zaposleni se med seboj razlikujejo po izkušnjah in znanju, kar predstavlja prednost, saj se le tako lahko med seboj dopolnjujejo. To pomeni, da je vsak posameznik, ki sodeluje v timu, pomemben pri reševanju nalog, ki so mu dane. Dobra komunikacija ima ključno vlogo pri uspešnem timskem delu, saj omogoča večjo učinkovitost zaposlenih. V prvem delu magistrske naloge smo se osredotočili na teoretične osnove timskega dela. Predstavili smo njegove slabosti in prednosti, različne vrste tovrstnega dela ter pomen timske komunikacije. Obravnavali smo tudi učinkovitost zaposlenih, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na učinkovitost, načine upravljanja in metode ocenjevanja učinkovitosti. V drugem delu smo predstavili raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli s pomočjo ankete v manjših podjetjih kamniške regije. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo proučili zastavljene cilje zaključnega dela. Glavni rezultat magistrskega dela je bil izdelava organigrama, s katerim smo prikazali procese postopanja vodij za omogočanje optimalnejšega timskega dela. Poleg tega smo pripravili tudi navodila za postopanje ob vsakem procesu v manjših podjetjih kamniške regije.

Secondary title: The impact of teamwork on the efficiency of employees in a company
Secondary abstract: Teamwork plays a crucial role in companies. Among employees, it is a popular way of working, especially when they want to find effective solutions to given tasks more quickly and more easily. Employees differ in their experience and knowledge, which represents an advantage, as this allows them to complement each other. This means that every individual who participates in a team is important in solving the tasks assigned to them. Good communication plays a key role in successful teamwork, as it enables greater employee efficiency. In the first part of the master's thesis, we focused on the theoretical foundations of teamwork. We presented its weaknesses and strengths, different types of teamwork, and the importance of team communication. We also addressed employee efficiency, the influencing factors, methods of management, and ways of evaluating efficiency. In the second part, we presented the research conducted through a survey in small companies in the Kamnik region. Based on the collected data, we examined the objectives of the final part of the master's thesis. The main result of the master's thesis was the creation of an organizational chart, through which we illustrated the leadership processes for enabling more optimal teamwork. In addition, we prepared guidelines for procedures in each process within small companies in the Kamnik region.
