Povzetek
Učinkovitost organizacije je odvisna od sposobnosti posameznikov, ki jih povezuje timsko delo. Temeljni pogoj za delovanje pri timskem delu je medsebojna komunikacija vseh članov tima. S komunikacijo tim analizira probleme, prinaša odločitve in usklajuje delo posameznikov znotraj tima za doseganje skupnega cilja. Namen raziskave je preučiti povezanost teoretičnih spoznanj o timih z obstoječo prakso delovanja negovalnih timov v DSO. Cilj raziskave je s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika pridobiti mnenje zaposlenih pri timskem delu v DSO, ki bodo podlaga za preverjanje in vrednotenje postavljenih hipotez. Osrednji cilji raziskave v magistrski nalogi so ugotoviti model organizacije dela v zdravstveno-negovalnem timu, preučiti dejavnike, ki pripomorejo k dobremu delovnemu in ustvarjalnemu vzdušju, raziskati vlogo vodje zdravstveno-negovalnega tima ter ugotoviti načine reševanja konfliktov. S kvantitativno raziskovalnim delom in s pomočjo metode anketiranja smo analizirali dogajanje v zdravstveno-negovalnem timu in preučili medsebojne odnose med člani tima. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, kolikšna je stopnja zaupanja, povezanosti in pripadnosti med člani tima pri reševanju konfliktov v delovnem procesu. Vodja tima naj bi imel poleg dosežene izobrazbe in menedžerskih sposobnosti tudi pomembno vlogo pri oblikovanju skupnih vrednot zdravstveno-negovalnega tima. Odprt dialog bi pripomogel k pravočasnemu reševanju nesoglasij in konfliktov ter k preprečevanju zaostrovanja odnosov v timu. Timsko delo daje posamezniku ne le strokovni razvoj, temveč tudi nov zagon pri kreiranju novih idej in poklicnega poslanstva. Razsežnost timskega dela v domovih za starejše v Sloveniji osvetljujejo ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspešnost timov v zahtevnem okolju kadrovskega primanjkljaja.

The effectiveness of an organization depends on the abilities of individuals who are connected by teamwork. The fundamental condition for functioning in teamwork is the mutual communication of all team members. Through communication, the team analyzes problems, brings decisions and coordinates the work of individuals within the team to achieve a common goal. Purpose: of the research is to examine the connection between theoretical knowledge about teams and the existing practice of the operation of nursing teams in DSO. The goal of the research is to obtain the opinion of employees on teamwork in DSO with the help of a questionnaire, which will be the basis for checking and evaluating the hypotheses. The central objectives of the research in the master's thesis are: to determine the model of work organization in the nursing team, to study the factors that contribute to a good working, creative atmosphere, to investigate the role of the leader of the nursing team, and to determine the ways of resolving conflicts.
Through quantitative research work and with the help of the survey method, we analyzed what was happening in the healthcare team and examined the mutual relations between team members. The results of the research showed the level of trust, connection and affiliation between team members in resolving conflicts in the work process. In addition to the achieved education, managerial skills, the team leader should also play an important role in shaping the common values of the healthcare team. An open dialogue would help to solve disagreements and conflicts in a timely manner and prevent the straining of relations in the team. Teamwork gives an individual not only professional development, but also new impetus in creating new ideas and a professional mission. The dimensions of the teamwork in nursing homes in Slovenia shed light on key factors that influence the success of teams in a challenging environment of staff shortages. |
