Secondary title: The reading habits of parents of preschool children
Secondary abstract: The reading habits of parents of preschool children are very important for development of reading literacy. The role of parents in reading is very high. It is important that parents often read for themselves and for their children regardless of age, sex and education. With reading they are giving the children an example and attach great importance to reading. An important factor is the frequency of library visits and dealing with books. On the reading habits of parents have important influence sex, age and education. The most often are reading mothers, parents older than 28 years and parents with higher education. Parents educate themselves in the area which includes custody and education of their children and they attach great importance to it. This affects the fact that parents most often read to their children than for themselves.

Abstract (ePrints): Bralne navade staršev predšolskih otrok so za razvoj bralne pismenost zelo pomembne.
