Physical education is a compulsory subject for all pupils in elementary schools. This diploma thesis presents the field of physical education evaluation in the first and second triad of elementary school education. In the first triad, descriptive grading is used, in the second triad numerical grading for all subjects, including physical education, is used. In the past, this subject was represented by written evaluation, while in the future, some want to make physical education a non-graded subject. The opinions on physical education evaluation are divided, since each evaluation type has its advantages and disadvantages.
In the research section of the diploma thesis, opinions of primary school teachers and physical educationists, who teach physical education in the first and second triad, in the region of Goriška are collected and interpreted, namely on various evaluation methods: numerical, written, descriptive, and non-grading physical education. The results showed that the teachers in the survey agree with the existing evaluation method. The teachers pointed out that problems of descriptive evaluation of physical education in practise, and suggested improvements. The most problematic is the formation of an adequate record, suggested is the unification of evaluation criteria. The non-grading of physical education was not supported. It turned out that teachers see evaluation as an important mean of motivation. |

Športna vzgoja je obvezen predmet v osnovnih šolah za vse učence. Diplomsko delo predstavlja področje ocenjevanja tega predmeta v prvem in drugem triletju osnovnošolskega izobraževanja. V prvem triletju se uporablja opisno ocenjevanje, v drugem triletju številčno ocenjevanje za vse predmete, tudi za športno vzgojo. V preteklosti je ta predmet že zastopalo besedno ocenjevanje, nekateri pa si v prihodnosti želijo športno vzgojo brez ocenjevanja. Stališča o ocenjevanju športne vzgoje so deljena, saj ima vsaka vrsta ocenjevanja prednosti in slabosti.
V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela so zbrana in interpretirana mnenja goriških učiteljic in učiteljev razrednega pouka ter športnih pedagogov, ki poučujejo športno vzgojo v prvem in drugem triletju, o različnih vrstah ocenjevanja: številčnem, besednem, opisnem in neocenjevanju športne vzgoje. Rezultati so pokazali, da se anketirani učitelji strinjajo z obstoječim načinom ocenjevanja. Izpostavili so težave opisnega ocenjevanja športne vzgoje, ki jih zaznavajo v praksi ter podali predloge za izboljšavo. Največ težav jim povzroča oblikovanje ustreznega zapisa, predlagajo poenotenje kriterijev ocenjevanja. Športne vzgoje brez ocenjevanja niso podprli. Izkazalo se je, da ocenjevanje učiteljem predstavlja pomembno sredstvo motivacije. |
