Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with two intersections near the village of Hrušica. First, I present the current status of intersections, their location, the problems and the reasons for the reconstruction. I introduce traffic loads obtained by counting and analyzing the results. After that I present a solution for both junctions. For the first intersection I provide solution only in the form of a roundabout and for the second I provide a roundabout and channelized intersection. For each solution I explain which elements I used in the design and reason the decisions. In addition controls of saturation, speed and visibility are being made and swept path analysis is being conducted. Finally vertical and road markings are provided for each variant. In conclusion I evaluate solutions and make a review on which variant is the most appropriate.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi obravnavam dve križišči pri naselju Hrušica. Najprej predstavim trenutno stanje križišč, njuno lokacijo, probleme in razloge za preureditev. Podam prometne obremenitve dobljene s štetjem in analizo dobljenih rezultatov. V nadaljevanju podam rešitve za obe križišči. Za prvo križišče predvidim rešitev le v obliki krožnega križišča, za drugega pa predvidim krožno in kanalizirano križišče. Za vsako rešitev pojasnim katere elemente sem pri projektiranju uporabil in odločitve utemeljim. Za projektirane rešitve preverim prepustnost, hitrost, preglednost in horizontalne sledi vozila. Za vsako rešitev še navedem predvidene vrste vertikalne in talne signalizacije. Na koncu ovrednotim rešitve in podam mnenje o najbolj primerni varianti.
