Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava problem iz področja podjetništva, marketinga, menedžmenta in človeških virov. Nastalo je s ciljem, da nadgradi naše znanje o sistemih nagrajevanja in motivacije. Pričujoča diplomska je nastala na podlagi sekundarne literature in na primeru poslovne prakse v Sloveniji. Diplomsko delo proučuje razlike med nagrajevanjem prodajnega osebja in nagrajevanjem drugih zaposlenih v podjetju, ter izbrani sistem nagrajevanja. Izbrani primer sistema nagrajevanja je najprej podrobno analiziran, potem je opravljena kvalitativna raziskava, ki vključuje zaposlene iz podjetja, v zaključku pa sledijo še predlogi za izboljšave, saj dosedanji sistem ni bil ocenjen kot ustrezen. Podani predlogi za izboljšave so pripravljeni na osnovi teoretične raziskave (sekundarna raziskava), analitične (analiza sistema nagrajevanja) in empirične raziskave (kvalitativna raziskava).

Secondary abstract: Bachelor thesis in front of you deals with issues from entrepreneurship, marketing, management and human resources. The goal of the thesis is to broaden our knowledge on reward systems and motivation programs. The thesis is based on different secondary literature and a specific example of a Slovenian company’s reward system. We explore if there are any differences between how companies reward sales employees and how do they reward all other employees. Furthermore, we assess the reward system by analyzing it in detail and by performing a qualitative research which includes employees from the company whose system is analyzed. What follows are suggestions how the reward system should be improved, since the research has showed that it is not the best reward system. These suggestions are based on theoretical (secondary research), analytical (the reward system analysis) and empirical (qualitative research) research of the thesis.
