Abstract

Hewlett-Packard, kot učeča se organizacija, je vsekakor ena od vodilnih svetovnih podjetij v uvajanju novih tehnologij upravljanja in organizacije poslovanja. Glede na to, da učeča se organizacija temelji intelektualem potencialu zaposlenih, me je zanimalo kakšen je interes zaposlenih za tako vrsto organizacije in morebitne spremembe. Posebno me je zanimala povezanost krepitve moči v odnosu na spol, starost in izobrazbo. Prav tako me je zanimala povezava socioloških komponent in njihov vpliv na nivo krepitve moči. V prvem deli sem analiziral obstoječa spoznanja na tem področju in na tej osnovi oblikoval anketna vprašanja, da bi pridobil vpogled v trenutno stanje. Na osnovi teh podatkov sem ugotovil, da med zaposlenimi obstoji zanimanje za spremembe in vključevanje v koncept učeče se organizacije. Rezultati ankete kažejo na potrebo organiziranja sistema za izkoriščanje intelektualnega potenciala zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Hewlett-Packard as a learning organization is certainly one of the world's leading companies in introducing new technologies, management and business organizations. Because the learning organization is based on intellectual potential of employees, I wondered if there is any interest of employees for this type of organization and eventual changes. Especially I was interested in relationship between empowerment and demographic data (gender, age and education). I was also interested in relationship between empowerment and sociological components and their influence on the level of empowerment. In the first part I analyzed the existing theories in this field. On this basis I developed the survey questions in order to obtain insight into the current situation. Based on these data, I found that there is an interest for change and integration in the concept of learning organization among the workforce. The results show the need of organizing a system for the exploitation of the intellectual potential of employees.
