Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Evalvacija e-učbenika za 5. razred - vsebina: Obdelava podatkov smo se posvetili sodobni tehnologiji - informacijsko-komunikacijski tehnologiji, ki je vedno bolj pomembna v izobraževanju. Osvetlili smo pojem e-učna gradiva iz različnih zornih kotov in predstavili vsebino Obdelava podatkov, pri čemer smo prikazali, kako je ta vsebina zajeta v Učnem načrtu ter predstavili grafične prikaze, s katerimi se srečajo učenci na razredni stopnji. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili raziskavo, ki je potekala kot pedagoški eksperiment. V raziskavi smo evalvirali del e-učbenika, ki je nastal v okviru projekta E-učbeniki s poudarkom naravoslovnih predmetov v osnovni šoli. Uporabili smo e-učne enote iz vsebine Obdelava podatkov. Pedagoški eksperiment je trajal dva tedna, pri čemer je v enem razredu pouk potekal ob uporabi i-učbenika, v drugem razredu pa ob uporabi običajnega tiskanega učbenika. Preverjali smo znanje učencev obeh razredov po izvedenem eksperimentu in ga primerjali s predznanjem učencev. Rezultati so pokazali, da je bilo znanje učencev eksperimentalne skupine po izvedenem eksperimentu nekoliko boljše od znanja učencev kontrolne skupine, vendar razlika ni bila statistično značilna. Vendarle je bilo mnenje učencev eksperimentalne skupine, da jim je bilo poučevanje z i-učbenikom zanimivo predvsem zaradi dela z računalnikom.

Secondary title: THE EVALUATION OF A FIFTH GRADE E-TEXTBOOK - CONTENT: DATA PROCESSING
Secondary abstract: This diploma paper entitled "The evaluation of a fifth grade e-textbook - content: Data processing" focuses on modern technology - information and communications technology that has becoming more and more important in education. We defined the term !e-learning materials" from various angles and presented the Data processing content. We showed how it is included in the curriculum and presented the graphical representations about which pupils learn in the first five grades of elementary school. The empirical part includes a research in the form of a pedagogical experiment. In this research we evaluated a part of the e-textbook that was made during a Slovene project E-textbooks emphasizing natural sciences in elementary school. We used the e-learning units from the Data processing content. The pedagogical experiment lasted for two weeks, of which one class used an I-textbook and the other one a printed textbook. We assessed the knowledge of pupils in both classes after the conducted experiment and compared it to their prior knowledge. The results showed that, after the performed experiment, the knowledge of the pupils in the experimental group was slightly better than that of the pupils in the control group; however, the difference was not statistically relevant. Nevertheless, the pupils from the experimental group thought that teaching by using an I-textbook was interesting, mostly because of working with computers.
