Abstract

Hidroizolacija je pomemben sestavni del ravnih streh. Za hidroizolacijsko zaščito ravnih streh se uporabljajo različnih materiali, ki imajo različne lastnosti. V projektni nalogi je kot metodološko orodje za ocenjevanje ekonomičnosti gradbenih materialov uporabljena vrednostna analiza. Uporaba metode je prikazana na primeru izbiro najprimernejšega hidroizolacijskega materiala za toplo ravno streho nasuto s prodcem. Projektna naloga podaja tudi osnovne značilnosti marketinškega komuniciranja ter njegova orodja, ki se najpogosteje uporabljajo pri prodaji hidroizolacij za ravne strehe.

Secondary abstract: Hydro insulation is a vital building component of flat roofs. There are different materials with different characteristics used for hydro insulation protection of flat roofs. The research method for the assessment of building materials thrift used in the thesis is value analysis. This method is presented with the example of choosing the most suitable hydro insulation material for flat -warm roofs filled with stone rubble. The thesis offers also the basics of marketing communication and its techniques that are commonly used for selling the hydro insulation solutions for flat roofs.
