Abstract

Secondary title: Production system modelling with the program Robot Studio
Secondary abstract: Use of software for modelling a virtual manufacturing cell is becoming an important segment in the design of the production system. One such program is the RobotStudio which allows off-line programming of robot and simulation making. In this diploma work the modelling process of the production system is presented, where the robot is used for tending CNC machine. It describes the procedure of importing CAD models, designing trajectories and programming the robot. At the end of the diploma an animation of the generated simulation is described.
