Abstract

Pri pisanju diplomskega dela smo ugotovili, če podjetja delajo na inovativnosti in so ustvarjalni, da znajo poslušati in sprejemati predloge, ni nič nemogočega. Delo sem razdelila na več delov. Najprej sem predstavila pojme, od inovacije, do invencije. Predstavila sem njihovo vsebino, opredelila vsako posebej, opisala tudi celoten inovacijski proces. Nato sem predstavila tudi zaviralne dejavnike, katero že samo ime pove, da najbolj ovirajo proces razvoja pri uvajanje invencij. Med njimi so to vsekakor predvsem denarna sredstva, ekonomska tveganja, pomanjkanje informacij, pomanjkanje ustreznega kadra itn. Proti koncu je sledil še inovativni management in inovativni manager, ki mora znati voditi ne le sebe, temveč tudi ljudi, zaposlene. Predstavila sem mit o idealnem managerju ter značilnosti managerja, kakšen mora biti, katere lastnosti so potrebne, da bo dober in uspešen vodja ter katere so njegove naloge. Na koncu sem odgovorila tudi na vprašanje, zakaj je inovativnost tako pomembna in ugotovila, da je izrednega pomena. Predstavila sem tudi razliko med izboljšanjem in inovacijo poslovnih procesov, ter ugotovila, da je najboljša kombinacija obeh. Zadnji del pa predstavlja in seznanja podjetje Vital, s čim se sploh ukvarja, kako deluje, kje se nahaja, kaj je njihov produkt ter moje mnenje kaj bi lahko izboljšali. Na začetku so bile postavljene trditve, katere smo skozi nalogo dokazovali in so sprejete. Postavljena je bila trditev, da je v podjetju potrebno vzpodbujati inovativnost in ustvarjalnost. To vsekakor drži, ker ni prostora na trgu za tista podjetja, ki stagnirajo, saj jih prej ali slej izpodrinejo takšna, ki te lastnosti že imajo. S tem dokažemo tudi predzadnjo trditev. Z inovacijami podjetje lahko doseže različne koristi. Tudi to drži. Že sama definicija, da je inovacija vsaka dokazana koristna novost, nam pove , da le ta prinese boljšo kakovost, nižje stroške, dvig ugleda podjetja in drugo. Za zamenjavo starih z novimi izdelki ali storitvami, je bistvena inovativnost. Dokazano je, da je pomanjkanje inovativnosti največja grožnja pri uresničevanju ciljev in zato podjetja, ki želijo biti korak pred tekmeci, že uspešno vlagajo v dodatne napore za vzpodbujanje novih idej , ustvarjalnosti in s tem inovativnosti. Če le te ni dovolj, potem tudi zamenjava starega z novim ne prinese uspešnega rezultata. Prav tako inovacije ne smejo biti le področje managerja, temveč je to tudi področje zaposlenih. Zaposleni so gonilna sila, so kapital podjetja. Manager mora z njimi sodelovati, kajti če so dovolj informirani, motivirani, bodo lažje sodelovali in bili bolj ustvarjalni . Potrebno je torej odpraviti vse nepotrebne ovire, ki onemogočajo hitro sproščanje potenciala zaposlenih.

Secondary title: Features of innovative manager, which encourages the creation of innovation in the company Vital d.o.o.
Secondary abstract: While working on our thesis, we discovered nothing is impossible for companies that work on innovativeness and are creative; companies that can listen and accept suggestions. Diploma work consists of multiple parts. Firstly I introduced terms from innovation to invention: their contents, I defined both of them and described the innovation process. Secondly I introduced the inhibiting factors that hinder the creative process of innovations. Those mostly include monatery assets, econimic risks, lack of information, lack of appropriate staff etc. Next I wrote about innovation managment and innovation manager; innovation manager must be able to lead not only himself, but also employees. I introduced the "myth of ideal manager", characteristics of a good leader and his or her functions. Lastly I answered the question "Why is innovation important?" and I learned that it is of vital importance. I showed the difference between improvement and innovation of business processes and discovered the combination of both works best. The very last part is an intruduction of the company "Vital": what do they do, where are they located, what are their products and my opinions on what they could improve. The theses I set up in the beginning of my work were verified. My first thesis said companies should encourage innovativeness and creativity. That is absolutly true, because the market has no place for companies that stagnate, they are surpassed by companies with those qualities. That also confirms our second to last thesis that says innovations can benefit a company. By defenition itself innovation is every useful new feature, which brings better quality, lower costs, increase in company's reputation etc. Replacing old products or services with new ones is mostly driven by innovativeness. Lack of innovativeness is the greatest threat to acomplishment of company's goals, that is why companies that want to be ahead of their competitors are investing in new ideas, creativity and with that innovativeness. If that is not enough even changing old with new does not bring the desired result. Manager should not be the only one working on innovation, the process should include the employees. Employees are the driving force, the capital of a company. Manager needs to work with them - informed and motivated employees will cooperate better and be more creative. The removal of unnecessary obstacles that restrict workers' potential is important.
