Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava jogo z vidika predšolskega otroka. V teoretičnem delu so podane vsebine, ki omogočajo celosten vpogled v razvoj predšolskega otroka: rast in razvoj, njegov gibalni razvoj, zaznavne in spoznavne značilnosti ter osnove joge. Predstavili smo jogo v vsakdanjem življenju, jogo smeha ter jogo za predšolske otroke. Namen empiričnega dela je bil ugotoviti, kakšen je način dela v jogijskih šolah s predšolskimi otroki: njihova skupna izhodišča, razlike v pristopih in izkušnjah s starši in otroki. S pomočjo strukturiranega intervjuja je bila narejena primerjava 4 jogijskih hiš. Odgovori so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo kvalitativne metode pedagoškega raziskovanja. Na podlagi intervjuja je bilo ugotovljeno, da joga otrokom in vaditeljem predstavlja izziv, ni tekmovalna, je ustvarjalna, naravna in razvija kreativno razmišljanje.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper deals with yoga from the point of view of a preeschooler. The teoretical part presents a thorough insight into the development of preeschoolers growth and development, development of motor skills, perceptual and cognitive characteristics of preschoolers and the basics of yoga. Everyday yoga, laughter yoga and yoga for preschoolers are also introduced. The aim of the diploma paper was to find out how yoga schools work with preschoolers: their common guidelines, the differences in their approaches and experiences they have with children and their parents. The comparison of 4 yoga houses was made by structural interview. The answers were gained with the qualitative method of educational research. On the basis of structural interview, we found out that yoga is challeging for children and also for their yoga teachers, it is not competetive, it is creative, natural and developes creative thinking.
