Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo preučevali zaupanje kot posledico stila vodenja v podjetju. Želeli smo izvedeti, če zaposleni v podjetju zaupajo svojemu nadrejenemu in direktorju podjetja ter kako doživljajo stil vodenja v podjetju. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela – teoretičnega in raziskovalnega. V prvem smo predstavili teoretične osnove o tem, kaj je zaupanje, kateri so vidiki, vrste in pogoji zaupanja. Pogledali smo si opredelitev vodenja, modele in stile ter načela uspešnega vodenja. Pojasnili smo tudi, kako je zaupanje povezano z vodenjem, kakšno je zaupanja vredno delovno okolje in kako sta povezana zaupanje ter ustvarjalno sodelovanje. Raziskovalni del smo izvedli v podjetju, kjer smo naredili raziskavo o zaupanju zaposlenih do vodstva kot posledice stila vodenja. Na podlagi z anketo pridobljenih podatkov smo ugotovili, da se vodstvu podjetja zaupa, ampak z načinom vodenja se ne strinjajo. Prostor za izboljšanje je predvsem pri načinu vodenja.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we studied trust as a result of the company's management style. We wanted to find out if a company employee trust their manager and CEO of the company and how they perceive the management style of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and the research. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, we presented the theoretical basics of what is trust, which are the aspects, types and the conditions of trust. We have looked at the definition of leadership, models and leadership styles as well as principles of a successful management. We also touched on how trust is related to the management, what is a trusted operating environment and how trust is related to constructive cooperation. The second, research part was carried out in a company where we have made a survey on trust as a result of a leadership style. With the help of this research, we have determined whether employees trust their manager and CEO, as well as how they look at the management style in the company. With the help of the following research we discovered, that the interviewees trust their management but disagrees with the management style. In this area there is room for improvement.
