Abstract

V današnjem času imajo managerji v podjetjih zelo velik vpliv. Managerji, ki vodijo podjetja se morajo zavedati svojih odgovornosti in pravic ter voditi podjetja po svojih najboljših močeh. Managerji morajo biti sposobni uporabljati vse funkcije managementa, v našem primeru še posebej vodenje, katerega smo tudi podrobneje opredelili in opisali. Neustrezno vodenje, vodi v pogubo, poskrbi za nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih, poslovanje z izgubo in posledično propad podjetja ali organizacije. V diplomskem delu smo opredelili management, vloge in naloge managerjev v vodenju podjetja, vodenje kot eno izmed funkcij managementa, tukaj smo se še posebej opredelili na motivacijo kot pod področje vodenja, ter jo podrobneje opisali. Opredelili smo se še na ostali dve pod področji vodenja kot sta komuniciranje in uporaba skupinskega dela, za katera velja, da sta pomembna pojma pri vodenju zaposlenih. Opisali smo tudi različne načine in stile vodenja, kateri managerju omogočajo boljše in učinkovitejše vodenje. Vse več je tudi ljudi, ki mislijo, da sta manager in vodja dva enaka pojma, zato smo navedli tudi njune podobnosti in razlike. Na podlagi literature različnih avtorjev, smo podali tudi svoje predloge, kako izboljšati vodenje v podjetju. To smo razlagali z predlogi za izboljšanje motiviranja zaposlenih, s predlogi kako izboljšati komuniciranje v podjetju in pa predlogi z uporabo skupinskega dela.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays managers have really big impact in companies. Managers have to be aware of responsibilities and lead companies to the best they can. They have to use all of functions of management, in our case especially leadership, which we have been described. Inappropriate leadership style leads into destruction, increase employees dissatisfaction, working with loss, and leads to the collapse of companies. In our diploma we described management, roles and tasks of managers in leadership, leadership as one of the management function. In framework of management function we described motivation, communication and teamwork, because they are important concepts in leadership. We also explained different styles and ways, that help managers in better and more successful leading. Today we have more and more people who think that leader and manager is the same concept, so we have explained similarities and differences. Based on literature of different authors we have described our suggestions, how to improve leading in companies. This was explained with suggestions how to improve motivation, communication in companies and suggestions for using teamwork.
