diplomsko delo
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu smo definirali družino in opisali različne tipe družin. Predstavili smo zdravo in uravnoteženo prehrano predšolskega otroka.

PRESCHOOL CHILD'S FAMILY AND FOOD |
Secondary abstract: |
Diploma thesis called Family of a preschool child and his/her food is composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part we define a family and describe different types of families. We have also presented a healthy and balanced diet of a preschool child. We talked about the role of a family, the role of a kindergarten and teachers in the development of eating habits of preschool children. We mentioned diseases that have a significant impact on the eating habits of a preschool child and his family. Among other things, we have presented the Kindergarten Markovci, where we carried out an empirical part. The empirical part consists of the findings, which we gained with the help of questionnaires that were completed by the parents of preschool children in preschool Markovci. Aim of this study was to determine whether the families with preschool children have healthy eating habits, what is the role of families and teachers in the development of preschool child eating habits, and opinions of parents of preschool children about nutrition in the kindergarten. Moreover, the purpose of the research was to find out what types of diseases associated with altered diet are the most common with preschool children, and which foods families with preschool children buy/grow at home and what is important to them regarding this. Based on the results we have come to the conclusion that the families of preschool children have healthy eating habits, parents also confirmed a significant impact of the kindergarten and teachers on the development of eating habits, that are largely perceived as a positive change. Parents see nutrition in kindergarten as appropriate and quantitatively sufficient. According to the obtained data the most common diseases of preschool children are food allergies, because of which there are the most adjustments in children's diets. We found out that parents in the purchase of food place great emphasis on quality, and largely grow food at home, or buy a home-grown food (mostly vegetables). |
