Abstract

Starajoče se prebivalstvo je za pokojninske sisteme izziv, za katerega ni univerzalne rešitve. Večina evropskih držav, ki so v zadnjem desetletju spremenile svoje pokojninske sisteme, je svojo politiko usmerila v nižanje izdatkov, med drugim tudi z višanjem zakonsko določene upokojitvene starosti.
