Abstract

S to nalogo želimo predstaviti raziskovanje vodenja, motivacije in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Glavni cilj je ugotoviti in preučiti motivacijske dejavnike z namenom izboljšanja motivacije zaposlenih. Skozi raziskave in teoretična izhodišča bomo poskušali poiskati nove možne predloge za izboljšanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Z informacijami, ki so bile dostopne, smo skušali predstaviti razumljive rezultate o aktualnem stanju v podjetju BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o. Nazarje. Bilo je težko, saj so različna področja precej delikatna zaradi zaupne narave. S tega vidika so nastale tudi nekatere omejitve pri nastajanju tega dela. Uspeh in pozitivno delovanje podjetja sta večinoma odvisna od dobrega, zanesljivega in usposobljenega vodje, ki zmore spodbuditi dovolj motivacije za kakovostno delo. Če zaposleni delajo pod pritiskom, ne moremo pričakovati uspeha. Tako prihajamo do zaključka, da so vodenje, motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih živ proces, ki se dopolnjuje in potrebuje podporo in konstantno nadgrajevanje, da lahko zagotavlja uspeh podjetju.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we want to present research of leading, motivation and satisfaction of employees. The main aim is to find out and study motivational factors with reason of improving motivation of employees. Trough the research and theoretical facts we will try to find new possible proposals for improving satisfaction of employees. With information which was reachable we try to present understandable results of actual state in company BSH Hišni aparati Nazarje. It was difficult on different areas because subject is quiet delicate because of confidential nature. From this point of view begin several limitations beginning of this thesis. Success and positive working of company is in many cases part of good, reliable and qualified leader, which encourages enough motivation for quality work. If employees work under pressure we can not expect success. So we came to conclusion that leadership, motivation and satisfaction of employees are living process which complements and need support and constant upgrade for ensuring the success in company.
