Abstract

V današnjem času si vsaka organizacija želi razpolagati s kar najboljšimi kadri. Zelo pomemben dejavnik v organizaciji je vodstvo, ki mora z ustreznimi načini vodenja poskrbeti, da je vsak zaposleni v organizaciji zadovoljen in da znotraj organizacije vlada prijetna klima v delovnem okolju. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in prijetna organizacijska klima sta pomembna dejavnika, ki zagotovo vodita tudi do bolj kvalitetnega dela zaposlenih, kar se odraža tudi na zadovoljnih strankah, ki pa so bistvenega pomena za vsako organizacijo. Zato je pomembno, da se preverja stanje v organizaciji in se po potrebi opravijo načrti za izboljšave. V magistrskem delu smo proučili dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih in organizacijske klime na internem in kirurškem oddelku v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo ugotovili, kaj je za zaposlenega bolj in kaj manj pomembno pri opravljanju njegovega dela. Anketni vprašalnik je odlično diagnostično sredstvo, saj nam poda natančno analizo trenutnega stanja. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo napisali možne predloge za izboljšanje v prihodnosti. Organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota sta na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov ocenjena dokaj visoko. Organizacija pa bi s še večjo mero pozornosti lahko stanje v prihodnosti še izboljšala s pomočjo možnih predlogov, ki smo jih napisali na koncu magistrskega dela.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays every organisation wants to have the best staff possible. Leadership is a very important factor in an organisation and with different ways of leading it has to ensure that every employee is content and that there is a pleasant atmosphere in the work environment. Contentment of the employees and pleasant organisational atmosphere are two important factors that lead to more quality work of the employees which is reflected in satisfied clients who are essential for every organisation. For this reason it is important to examine the actual state in the organisation and if necessary to make plans for improvement. In this master's degree we studied the contentment factors of the employees and organisational atmosphere in the internal and surgical department of General hospital Murska Sobota. With a survey we assessed what is more or less important for the employee when working. Survey is a great diagnostic tool because it gives us an accurate analysis of current state. On the basis of acquired results we wrote some possible propositions for improvement in the future. According to the acquired results organisational atmosphere and contentment of the employees in General hospital Murska Sobota are assessed rather high. Nevertheless, the organisation could yet improve with the help of some possible propositions that we wrote in the end of this master's degree.
