Abstract

Organizacijska kultura ni nov pojem v managementu organizacije. Zavedanje o obstoju organizacijske kulture in možnostih njene spremembe je pomembna vrlina vsakega managerja, ki stremi k doseganju poslovnih ciljev in realizaciji poslovne strategije organizacije. S preprostim orodjem lahko odkrijemo obstoječo obliko organizacijske kulture jo primerjamo z zahtevami in usmerjenostjo poslovne strategije ter jo po potrebi spremenimo v nam najbolj primerno obliko. Primerna oblika organizacijske kulture omogoča realizacijo poslovnih strategij.

Secondary abstract: The term, 'organizational culture', is nothing new in the world of organizational management. The mutual harmony in the values of an organization's culture and its organizational strategy have been found by top managements to be key factors in determining that organizations success, prosperity, and longevity. Simple tools such as questionnaires can be used to identify an organization's culture, and analysis of these results can be used to develop modifications to the organizational culture to suit the needs of an organization's strategy. Organizational culture is a key to the success of organization's strategy.
