Sekundarni povzetek: | The term, 'organizational culture', is nothing new in the world of organizational management. The mutual harmony in the values of an organization's culture and its organizational strategy have been found by top managements to be key factors in determining that organizations success, prosperity, and longevity. Simple tools such as questionnaires can be used to identify an organization's culture, and analysis of these results can be used to develop modifications to the organizational culture to suit the needs of an organization's strategy. Organizational culture is a key to the success of organization's strategy. |
