Abstract
Izhodišča: Bipolarna motnja razpoloženja je možganska motnja, za katero domnevamo, da jo povzroči kombinacija sprememb v delovanju možganov, genetike in dejavnikov iz okolja. Bipolarne motnje razpoloženja so klinično najpomembnejše oblike razpoloženjskih motenj, za katere je značilno klinično izražanje epizod depresije in manije. Strategija in potek zdravljenja morata biti strogo individualno zasnovana, terapevtski proces pa mora trajati dovolj dolgo, da povrne funkcionalno sposobnost pacienta in zavre poslabšanje bolezni ter morda prepreči njeno ponovitev. Medicinska sestra pogosto nastopa v vlogi razumevajočega poslušalca in spremljevalca, strokovnega svetovalca ter aktivnega promotorja zdravja, ki mu pacienti zaupajo.
Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti značilnosti bipolarne motnje razpoloženja ter ugotoviti, katere so vsakodnevne potrebe, težave in ovire, s katerimi se pacient spopada.
Raziskovalna metodologija: V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo izvedli študijo obravnave pacientke z bipolarno motnjo razpoloženja. Kot instrument raziskovanja smo uporabili intervju, s katerim smo pridobili podatke o pacientki.
Rezultati: Na podlagi analize pridobljenih podatkov smo ugotovili, da pacientka pozna svoje obolenje, da prepoznava simptome in znake, ki vodijo v poslabšanje njene bolezni. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da sprejema in razume zdravstveno vzgojno delo medicinske sestre.
Sklep: Menimo, da je v procesu zdravstvene nege pacienta z bipolarno motnjo razpoloženja izredno pomembna vloga zdravnikov, medicinskih sester ter svojcev. Medicinska sestra je tista, ki je s pacientom največ v stiku v akutni fazi bolezni, v celotnem času zdravljenja in hospitalizacije. Imeti mora veliko znanja, spretnosti dobre komunikacije ter visoko stopnjo empatije.

Background: Bipolar mood disorder is a brain disorder, presumed to be caused by a combination of changes in brain function, genetics and environmental factors. Bipolar mood disorders are clinically the most important forms of mood disorders, which are characterized by the expression of clinical episodes of depression and mania. Strategy and course of treatment should be strictly individually designed, therapeutic process should be enough long to restore the functional capacity of the patient and inhibit deterioration of the disease and may prevent the recurrence. The Role of nurse is often to be as a compassionate listener and companion, the specialist consultant and an active promoter of health, which patients can trust.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present the characteristics of bipolar mood disorder and to identify the everyday needs, problems and obstacles with which the patient faces.
Research Methodology: In the research part of the study, we performed a study treatment a patient with bipolar mood disorder. As an instrument of research, we used an interview in which we gather information about the patient.
Results: Based on the analysis of the data, we found that the patient is aware of her condition recognize the signs and symptoms that lead to the deterioration of her illness. We also find that she accepts and understands the health education work of nurse.
Conclusion: We consider that in the process of nursing care treatment of the patient with bipolar disorder mood there is very important role of doctors, nurses and relatives. The nurse is the one who is most in touch in patients in the acute phase of the disease throughout the course of treatment and hospitalization. It must have a lot of knowledge, good communication skills and a high level of empathy. |
