Abstract

Diplomsko delo je bilo narejeno na projektnem delu, in sicer s področja robotskega varjenja avtomobilskega podsklopa na avtomatski varilni pripravi. Uporaba robotov v industriji se dnevno povečuje. Investicija v robotsko celico se zelo hitro povrne. Prednosti robotov so predvsem natančnost, hitrost in ponovljivost. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena varilna robotska celica z avtomatskimi varilnimi pripravami, ki je bila proizvedena v podjetju DAIHEN VARSTROJ, d. d., in varilskim robotom za obločno varjenje serije FD B4 proizvajalca OTC DAHEN, s katerim smo programirali varjenje izdelka. Naročnik projekta je bilo podjetje Matador Automitive SK, ki med drugim proizvaja zvarjence za avtomobilsko industrijo. Projekt se je začel s predstavitvijo podsklopa, ki ga je potreboval avtomobilski koncern za proizvodnjo določenega tipa avtomobila – 5C7.857.017.P (Jetta) – podsklop avtomobilske šasije. Namen diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti varilno robotsko celico, avtomatski varilni pripravi, produkt – podsklop avtomobilske šasije, robotsko obločno varjenje, potek ustvarjanja varilnega robotskega programa, zahteve naročnika projekta in prikazati rešitve za uspešno končanje projekta.

Secondary abstract: Thesis has been done on the project work based robotic welding of a car body subassembly automatic welding fixture. The use of robots in industry is growing daily and the investment into robotic cell is very quickly returnable. Benefits of robots are mainly the accuracy, speed and repeatability. The thesis presents the robotic welding cell with automatic welding fixtures, which was produced in the company DAIHEN VARSTROJ d.d. and robot series FD B4 of OTC DAIHEN manufacturer used for arc welding on which welding programs for product welding were programmed. Subscriber of this project was company Matador Automotive SK, which among other things produces welded products for the automotive industry. The project began with the presentation of car body subassembly by the automotive group needed for production of a particular type of 5C7.857.017.P (Jetta) – car body subassembly. The purpose of the thesis was to present robotic welding cell, automatic welding fixture, product – car body subassembly, robotic arc welding, creation and progress of robotic welding programs
