Abstract

Osnovni cilj rednega letnega razgovora je poiskati načine in možnosti za povečanje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti zaposlenega. Med razgovorom poteka izmenjava razmišljanj, idej, stališč, predlogov, problemov in priložnosti o preteklem in prihodnjem delu, ki jih podajata vodja in zaposleni. Diplomsko delo z naslovom »Uvedba rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju X« je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V prvem delu smo na podlagi preučene domače in tuje literature o rednih letnih razgovorih opisali pojem rednih letnih razgovorov, pripravo nanje ter njihovo izvedbo. Predstavili smo tudi pomen rednih letnih razgovorov na razvoj kadrov ter pogledali, kako se redni letni razgovori izvajajo v štirih slovenskih podjetjih. V drugem delu naloge smo predstavili mnenja in poglede zaposlenih o uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov, pridobljenih s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnili zaposleni v podjetju X. Raziskava je pokazala, da si večji del anketiranih želi uvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov. Zadnji del diplomskega dela pa zajema predloge, smernice in priporočila za uvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju X. Predlagali smo, naj vodstvo in strokovna služba, ki skrbi za razvoj kadrov, najprej izdelata načrt, ki bo vseboval teoretične osnove rednih letnih razgovorov, potek in postopke, ki se navezujejo nanje. Oblikovali smo pisno vabilo, obrazec za pripravo na razgovor, vključno s temami, o katerih bo razgovor potekal, ter obrazec za poročilo o opravljenem rednem letnem razgovoru.

Secondary abstract: The basic goal of a regular annual interview is to find ways, means and options to increase performance and efficiency of the employee. Annual interview gives the opportunity to an employee and a head of a unit to exchange the view on opportunities, problems, proposals, new ideas about goals and past achievements. The diploma thesis with the title Introduction of regular annual interview is divided into theoretical and empirical part. On the base of home and foregin literature about annual interview we have described the definition of regular annual interview, the preparation on the interviews and their realization in the first part of the thesis. We have also presented their importance for development of employees and thorough examination of how they are carried out in four Slovenian companies. In the second, researchable part of diploma thesis we have represented the results of employees opinion about introducing of regular annual interview. The results are basee on an anonymous questionnaire, which was distributed among employees of the company X. The research showed that the majority of workers want to have regular annual review. In the last part we introduce the suggestions and recommendations for introduction of regular annual interviews in the company X. We suggested that the management an the expert department that cares for development of staff, first makes a plan of execution regular annual interview. We formed a written invitation, an interview preparation form that includes themes which will be talked about and the form that regular annual interview is completed.
