Secondary abstract: | In diploma work, regular annual interviews, their objectives and their purpose, their benefits and potential advantages and disadvantages are described. The role of the department of human resources in carrying out such regular annual interviews, its own course and the preparation thereof are described as well. Furthermore, the content of regular annual interviews and the activity upon their implementation are presented. We have found out that regular annual interviews are strictly necessary for the company since they enable the employees to improve the communication with their superiors and help them create clear objectives of the company and allow them to determine and achieve both personal as well as professional growth in life and their business career. |
