Povzetek
V praksi postajajo redni letni razgovori eden od ključnih orodij za uspešno vodenje zaposlenih in posledično organizacije. Omogočajo nam izmenjavo informacij, idej, stališč, predlogov, problemov in ciljev o preteklem in prihodnjem delu med zaposlenimi in vodjo.
Cilj diplomskega dela je predstaviti koristi izvajanja rednih letnih razgovorov tako za javni zavod UKC Ljubljana kot za vodje in zaposlene na Kliničnem oddelku za endokrinologijo, diabetes in presnovne bolezni. S tem želimo spodbuditi vodstvo, da vpelje redne letne razgovore tudi v prakso.
Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in raziskovalni del.
V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojem in pomen rednih letnih razgovorov. Osredotočili smo se na uvedbo razgovorov v organizaciji in predstavili postopek njihove uvedbe. Ker sta za uspešno izvedbo razgovora pomembni dobra komunikacija in motivacija, smo del diplomskega dela namenili tudi temu.
Predstavili smo organizacijo UKC Ljubljana in Klinični oddelek za endokrinologijo, diabetes in presnovne bolezni. Na tem oddelku smo izvedli tudi raziskavo, s katero smo poskušali pridobiti informacije, kakšno je mnenje zaposlenih glede uvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov.
Analizo rezultatov raziskave smo predstavili v raziskovalnem delu. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni pozitivno naravnani za uvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov. Večina zaposlenih namreč meni, da so ti razgovori koristni in bi ugodno vplivali na delovno klimo v organizaciji. Izvedeli smo, katere teme se jim zdijo najbolj pomembne za diskusijo na razgovoru. Večina zaposlenih uvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov ne vidi kot izvajanje pritiska nadrejenih, temveč kot priložnost za iskren in sproščen pogovor z nadrejenimi o svojem delu, idejah in priložnostih.

In practice a regular annual interviews are becoming one of the key tools for successful management of staff and consequently the organization. They allow us to exchange information, ideas, observations, suggestions, problems and goals of past and future work between employees and the head.
The aim of the thesis is to present the benefits of implementing regular annual interview for both the public institution UKC Ljubljana, as well as for managers and employees at the Clinical Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic diseases. With this we intend to encourage the leadership to put regular annual interview into practice.
The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and research part.
In the theoretical part we presented the concept and the importance of regular annual interviews. We focused on the introduction of the interviews within the organization and to introduce the procedure for their introduction. For the successful implementation of the interview is important good communication and motivation, that is why are part of the thesis also devoted to this.
We presented the organization UKC Ljubljana and Clinical Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and metabolic diseases. In this department we conducted a survey in which we have tried to obtain the opinion of employees regarding the introduction of regular annual interviews.
In the research part of the thesis, we presented the analysis of the results of the survey. We have found that the employees have a positive attitude to the introduction of regular annual interviews. Most of the employees have the opinion that these interviews are useful and have a positive impact on the working atmosphere in the organization. We learned which topics they consider most relevant to the discussion at the interview. Most employees introduction of regular annual interviews do not see as exerting pressure superiors, but as an opportunity for honest and relaxed conversation with their superiors about their work, ideas and opportunities. |
