Abstract
Razvoj in uvajanje novih izdelkov sta za podjetja življenjsko pomembna zaradi številnih razlogov. Ko se obstoječi izdelki starajo, se zmanjšujeta prodaja in dobiček, skrajšuje pa se tudi pričakovana doba nadaljnje prodaje. Vsako podjetje mora zato spodbujati razvoj novih izdelkov, ki bodo nadomestili obstoječe in tako zagotovili prodajo tudi v prihodnosti. Pot do uspešnih novih izdelkov poteka od priprav na iskanje in obdelavo idej o novih izdelkih do temeljitih preučevanj vsake stopnje razvoja procesa novega izdelka.
Magistrska naloga v prvem delu obravnava vlogo in pomen razvoja novih izdelkov za podjetja ter opisuje proces razvoja novega izdelka in uvajanje na trg. V drugem delu naloge pa smo predstavili poslovni načrt za uvedbo novega projekta oz. izdelka »krio komore« pri podjetju VIP Tehnika d.o.o. Predstavljena so vsa ključna poglavja poslovnega načrta, ki bodo pomembna za odobritev davčnih olajšav podjetju za vlaganje v raziskave in razvoj.
Krio komora je preprosta, hitra in učinkovita naprava za obdelavo celotnega telesa (razen glave) na ekstremno nizkih temperaturah od – 140 do – 190 °C za 2 do 3 minute. Priporočljiva je za športnike, saj se s krioterapijo pride hitreje do napredka. Zveča se intenzivnost vadbe, zmanjša DOMS (zamudni nastop bolečin v mišicah) in pospeši okrevanje poškodbe (ligamenti, pretrg mišic, kirurških ran, itd.).
Z izdelavo poslovnega načrta smo ugotovili, da so stroški izdelave krio komore nižji od stroškov izdelave drugih krio savn na tržišču, prav tako pa je tudi nov sistem krmiljenja komore enostavnejši za uporabo. Z raziskavo in analizo trga ugotavljamo, da je vedno več ljudi, ki se ukvarja s športom, tako da je odgovor na raziskovalno vprašanje o zadostnem številu kupcev na slovenskem tržišču pozitiven. Krio komora ima potencial na trgu in bo že v prvem mesecu prodaje oz. najema začela prinašati dobiček, kot to prikazuje poslovni načrt v nadaljevanju.

The development and introduction of new products are vitally important for companies, because of many reasons. When the existing products are getting old, not only sales and profits decrease, but also expected period of resale is shortening. Therefore, each company must encourage the development of new products, which will replace the existing ones and ensure sales in the future. The path to successful new products runs from preparations for the search and processing ideas about new products until thorough evaluation of each stage of development process of a new product.
In the first section master's thesis deals with the role and importance of new product development for the companies and describes the process of new product development and introduction to the market. In the second part of the thesis, we presented a business plan for introduction of a new project or product "cryo chamber" in the company VIP Tehnika LLC. All essential chapters of the business plan are presented, which will be relevant to grant tax relief for the company to invest in research and development.
Cryo chamber is a simple, fast and efficient device for treatment of the entire body (excluding the head) at the extremely low temperatures of - 140 to - 190 ° C for 2 to 3 minutes. It is recommended for athletes, because with cryotherapy faster progress is achieved. The intensity of exercise increases, DOMS decreases (time-consuming onset of pain in the muscles) and speeds up recovery of injuries (ligaments, muscle tear, surgical wounds, etc.).
By making a business plan, we found out that the production costs of the cryo chamber are lower than the costs of producing other cryo saunas on the market, and a new control system of the chambers is easier to use. With the research and market analysis, we find out that more and more people are involved in sports, so the answer to the research question of a sufficient number of buyers on the Slovenian market is positive. Cryo chamber has the potential on the market and it will be profitable in the first month of sale or rent as the bussines plan below presents. |
