Abstract
Internacionalizacija poslovanja je za slovenska podjetja skoraj neizogibna, saj je Slovenija za večino podjetij premajhen trg, da bi bila konkurenčna podjetjem iz večjih držav. Podjetja, katerih cilj je razvoj in rast, morajo razmišljati o širjenju poslovanja preko svojih meja. Po odločitvi za prodor na tuji trg morajo objektivno oceniti svoje potenciale in jih upoštevati pri izbiri tujega trga. Nepravilen pristop v veliki meri vpliva prav na poslovanje matičnega podjetja. Zato se magistrsko delo navezuje na mednarodno poslovanje in internacionalizacijo poslovanja ter možne načine in oblike vstopa izbranega podjetja na tuje trge.
Magistrsko delo je zastavljeno tako, da se deli na dve celoti, ki se med seboj povezujeta. Namen dela je raziskati mednarodno poslovanje in internacionalizacijo poslovanja ter možne načine in oblike preučiti na izbranem podjetju. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge smo se zato osredotočili samo na mednarodno poslovanje. Predstavili smo razloge in motive za poslovanje v tujini, kot tudi tveganja in konkurenčnost, s katerimi se podjetja lahko srečajo. Poudarek smo dali sestavinam mednarodnega okolja, saj je njihova analiza pomemben element pri razvoju marketinškega programa in strateškem načrtu podjetja. Nerazumevanje tujega okolja je lahko glavni vzrok za zgrešene podvige na tujih trgih.
Ker je internacionalizacija poslovanja dinamičen in večdimenzionalen proces, smo v nalogi opredelili tudi sam pomen internacionalizacije, razloge in ovire, na katere podjetje lahko naleti ter dejavnike in možnost hitrosti vstopa na tuji trg. Zaradi nenehnega spreminjanja sveta, se pospešeno spreminjajo trendi razvoja, podjetja pa se soočajo s številnimi zunanjimi in notranjimi vplivi, ki vplivajo na pravo izbiro strategije in uspešnost podjetja. Zato smo v magistrskem delu predstavili organizacijo vstopa na tuji trg, s pomočjo strategij ter zunanje in notranje dejavnike, ki lahko vplivajo na izbiro pravilne strategije.
V drugem, aplikativnem delu smo predstavili preučevano podjetje ter njegovo internacionalizacijsko pot. S pomočjo teoretičnih spoznanj smo preučili vzroke za odločitve o vstopu na tuji trg, odločitve za pravi vstopni trg in pravo strategijo nastopanja na trgu. Podjetje se je za internacionalizacijo odločilo predvsem zaradi zasičenosti domačega trga. Vse močnejša konkurenca pa podjetje sili k stalnemu prilagajanju in spremembam.
Pri internacionalizaciji poslovanja se je potrebno zavedati, da gre za tvegano poslovno odločitev, saj se s širjenjem poslovanja na tuje trge odpirajo neomejene možnosti za nadaljnjo rast in razvoj podjetja, vendar pa ni nujno, da bo podjetje na tujem trgu tudi uspešno. Zato smo na koncu magistrskega dela, po uspešni analizi in izbiri tujega trga, podali predloge za izvedbo internacionalizacije z možnimi scenariji za preučevano podjetje.
Pričakujemo, da bo podjetje z internacionalizacijo poslovanja doseglo želene učinke, povečalo produktivnost, pridobilo nove kupce, odkrilo tržne niše in povečalo prodajo svojih proizvodov. Za doseganje tega smo spoznali, da dobra analiza mednarodnega okolja in izbira vstopne strategije, vpliva na uspešnost internacionalizacije in je lahko usodna za podjetje pri procesu internacionalizacije.

Business internationalization of Slovenian companies is almost inevitable, since for most companies Slovenia is too small market to compete with companies from bigger countries. Companies, whose goal is the development and growth must think about the expansion of its operations beyond borders. After deciding to break into foreign markets, they must objectively assess their potentials and take them into account when choosing a foreign market. Incorrect approach affects the business of the parent company to a large extent. Therefore, the study relates to the international business and internationalization of business and possible ways and forms of entry on foreign markets for selected company.
Master thesis is divided into two parts, which relate to each other. The purpose of thesis is to explore international business and business internationalization, as well as study possible ways and forms on example of chosen company. In the first theoretical part of the thesis we therefore focused only on international business. We presented the reasons and motives for foreign operations, as well as the risks and competitiveness which companies can encounter. Emphasis was given to the components of the international environment, as their analysis is an important element in the development of marketing programs and strategic plan of the company. Misunderstanding of foreign environment can be a main cause of misguided ventures in the foreign markets.
Since the internationalization of the business is dynamic and multidimensional process, we identified the importance of internationalization, the reasons and obstacles that a company may encounter, as well as factors and the speed of entering the foreign market. Today, the world is constantly changing and rapidly developing, companies face a number of internal and external influences affecting the performance and the right choice of strategy, therefore in thesis we presented the organization of entering the foreign market, strategies and internal and external factors that may influence the selection of the correct strategy.
In the second applicative part we presented selected company and its internationalization way. With the help of theoretical knowledge, we examined the reasons for decision of entering the foreign market, the decision for the right market entry strategy and the right appearance on the market. The company has decided for internationalization mainly due to the saturation of the domestic market. Due to always stronger competition it is also necessary for company to constantly adapt and change.
We have to be aware, that internationalization of business is a risky business decision, because the expansion of operations to foreign markets opens up infinite possibilities for further growth and development of the company, but it is not necessary that the company will be successful on the those markets. Therefore, after a successful analysis and selection of foreign markets, we made proposals for the implementation of the internationalization with possible scenarios for the selected company.
We expect that with internationalization the company will achieve its desired goals, increase productivity, gain new customers, find niche markets and increase sales of their products. We realized that a good analysis of the international environment and the choice of entry strategies affect the success of internationalization and can be fatal for the company in the process of internationalization. |
