Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan celoten potek avtomatizacije stroja za poliranje robov, ki se uporablja v kamnoseštvu. Za potrebe domačega podjetja je bil stroj v celoti obnovljen in prilagojen zahtevam ter potrebam trga. Najpomembnejša je bila strojna obnova in dodajanje novih funkcij stroju. Izdelana je bila nova krmilna omarica, v kateri je nameščen programirljiv krmilnik znamke Schneider Electric. Zaradi pomembnosti prikaza hitrosti pomika tekočega traku je bil dodan tudi digitalni tahometer.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the entire course of automation machine for polishing the edges, which is used in stonecutting. To meet domestic undertaking the machine has been fully renovated and adapted to the requirements and needs of the market. The most important was the renewal of hardware and adding new functions of the machine. It was made a new control box, in which is installed a programmable controller Schneider Electric. Given the importance of the display speed of movement of the conveyor belt was added a digital tachometer.
