Abstract

V diplomski nalogi se osredotočam na križišči v mestu Cerknica, ki se mi zdita potrebni prenove. Najprej opišem obe križišči, njuno lokacijo in pomanjkljivosti. Nato izračunam prometne obremenitve, ki sem jih dobil pri štetju prometa. V naslednjem poglavju predstavim teoretične osnove projektiranja krožišč in priključkov iz tehničnih specifikacij, ki služijo kot podlaga pri rekonstruiranju križišč. Za vsako od križišč prikažem dva različna načina rekonstrukcije, ki izboljšujeta prometno varnost in pretočnost. Prva varianta je preureditev križišča v kanalizirano, z dodatnim pasom za leve zavijalce, druga pa sprememba križišča v krožišče. Ocenim, katera varianta je primernejša. Preverim tudi stopnjo obremenjenosti obeh rekonstruiranih krožišč po avstrijski metodi. Na koncu podam še priloge z opisi prometnih znakov in označb na vozišču ter v programu AutoCAD izdelanimi tlorisnimi situacijami vseh variant preureditve.

Secondary title: Conceptual reconstruction of two intersections in the town of Cerknica
Secondary abstract: My thesis focuses on two intersections in Cerknica town, which, in my opinion, need to be renovated. At first I describe both of them, their location and deficiencies. After that I calculate traffic loads, acquired by a traffic count. In the next chapter I present theoretical bases of an intersection design and junctions, written in technical specifications. Two different sorts of reconstruction are demonstrated for each of both intersections that improve a traffic security and a traffic flow. The first one is the rearrangement of the intersection into canalized one with an additional lane for left turning vehicles. In the second one I change the intersection into a roundabout. Besides I evaluate which one is preferable and check the level of traffic loads in both renovated roundabouts according to an Austrian method. At the end of the thesis the supplements with descriptions of used road signs and carriage-way marks, and also in a computer programme called AutoCAD made ground plans of all sorts of the rearrangement are given.
