Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili dva ključna pojma, ki sta zelo pomembna za dobro delo zaposlenih v turističnem sektorju.
V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili pojma motivacija in zadovoljstvo. V sklopu motivacije smo opredelili zakonitosti motivacije, temeljni motivacijski proces, teorije motivacije ter motivacijske dejavnike. V sklopu zadovoljstva pa smo opredelili oblike zadovoljstva, pravila zadovoljstva, dejavnike in posledice zadovoljstva ter nezadovoljstvo pri delu.
Empirični del magistrske naloge smo razdelili na tri dele. V prvem smo predstavili turizem in njegove značilnosti ter v sklopu tega opredelili pojma turist in obiskovalec. Potem smo opredelili termalni turizem, njegove glavne značilnosti in povzeli značilnosti različnih termalnih voda. V drugem delu smo predstavili podjetje x, njegovo zgodovino, glavne značilnosti, med katere spada njihova osnovna in dodatna ponudba. V tretjem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika opravili raziskavo o motiviranosti in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri delu. Pri tem smo izpostavili ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo in na motiviranost zaposlenih.
Na podlagi vrnjenih in izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov smo naredili analizo podatkov, katero smo tudi grafično prikazali v programu Microsoft Office Excel.
V zadnjem delu magistrske naloge pa smo povzeli pridobljene rezultate in zapisali naše ugotovitve. Z rezultati raziskave lahko podjetje izboljša svoj odnos z zaposlenimi in kakovost dela, zviša zadovoljstvo ter tako zviša splošno uspešnost podjetja.

In this Master´s degree paper we have presented two key terms which are important for the employees and their work in the tourism sector.
In the theoretical part we focused on the terms motivation and satisfaction of employees. In the context of motivation we have described the motivation and the key features, the basic motivational process, the different types of motivation and motivational theories. In the context of satisfaction we described the role and meaning of satisfaction, different forms of satisfaction, rules of satisfaction, different factors and consequences of satisfaction and dissatisfaction at work.
The empirical part of the Masters´s degree paper we have divided into three parts. In the firts part we presented tourism and the key features. We also define the role of the tourist and visitor. In the context of tourism we discribe the term thermal tourism, its main characteristics and the characteristics of thermal water. In the second part we have presented the Company x. We have described the history of the Company and its main features, which includes different offers.
In the third part we have conducted a research through a survey questionnaire about motivation and satisfaction of employees at work. In the questionnaire we have highlighted the key factors of motivation and satisfaction. |
