Abstract

Izkazalo se je, da so ekstrakti pridobljeni iz semen pistacije sorte Boz bogati z esencialnimi maščobnimi kislinami, ki delujejo kot močni antioksidanti ter lahko pred oksidativnim stresom ščitijo tako živilo kot zdravje ljudi.
