Abstract

V vsaki organizaciji so ne glede na velikost, dejavnost ali okolje, v katerem deluje, prisotni organizacijska kultura, organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo pri delu, vsi ti dejavniki pa vplivajo na njeno poslovanje. Spoznanja, da je mogoče do neke mere upravljati in vplivati na omenjene dejavnike, so privedla do tega, da številne organizacije raziskujejo te dejavnike v svojih organizacijah z namenom, da bi vplivale na smer njihovega razvoja v želeno smer. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo predstavili organizacijsko kulturo, organizacijsko klimo in njene dimenzije ter zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Omenili smo tudi projekt SiOK in predstavili Kmetijsko gozdarsko zadrugo Sava (v nadaljevanju KGZ Sava), v kateri smo izvedli merjenje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva pri delu. V drugem, empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate merjenja organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva pri delu v KGZ Sava. Primerjali smo rezultate merjenja v KGZ Sava s podatki SiOK 2011. Ugotovili smo, da pri nobeni dimenziji organizacijske klime ni bistvenih razlik. Na koncu smo poiskali dimenzije, pri katerih vidimo priložnosti za spremembe, in navedli aktivnosti, za katere menimo, da bi lahko privedle do izboljšav.

Secondary abstract: Each organization has despite its size, field of activity and environment, in which it operates, an organizational culture, organizational climate and a level of employee satisfaction, which influence its business operations. Findings that it is possible to manage and influence the stated factors to some degree, led to the fact that numerous organizations research these factors in their organizations in order to influence the course of their development into the desired direction. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first, theoretical part we presented the organizational culture, organizational climate and its dimensions and employee satisfaction. We also mentioned the project SiOK and presented the Agriculture and Forestry Cooperative Sava (in continuation AFC Sava), in which we measured the organizational climate and employee satisfaction. In the second, empirical part we presented the results of measuring the organizational climate and employee satisfaction in AFC Sava. We compared the results obtained in AFC Sava with the data of SiOK 2011. We found that there are no significant differences in any dimension of organizational climate. Finally, we looked for dimensions, where we see opportunities for changes, and stated activities, which could lead to improvements.
