Abstract

Da bi raziskali upravičenost vzpostavitve vhodne turistične agencije za tuje športne klube, smo v uvodnem poglavju opredelili osrednji problem in namen diplomske naloge. Drugo poglavje smo namenili predstavitvi področja športnega turizma z zgodovinskim pregledom in opredelitvijo nišnega turizma. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili agencijsko dejavnost in oblikovanje cene storitve. V tretjem poglavju smo predstavili turistično znamko Slovenije in analizirali ponudbo turističnih in športnih storitev ter športnih objektov. Jedro diplomske naloge predstavlja četrto poglavje, v katerem smo predstavili poslovno idejo vhodne agencije za tuje športne klube v Sloveniji in jo primerjali s tujo športno agencijo. V nadaljevanju poglavja smo opisali primer integralne storitve za hokejski klub. V sklepnem petem poglavju smo povzeli ugotovitve raziskave.

Secondary abstract: First chapter explains the problem and the idea of written assignment, which is to examin the establishment of an incoming agency for foreign sports clubs. Second chapter introduces sports tourism with historical backround and defines niche tourism. Further on we introduced agency activities and price formation of touristic services. Third chapter presents the tourism mark of Slovenija and analyses offer of tourism and sports services as also sports facilities. Fourth chapter represents the core of the assignment, as it introduses the bussines idea of an incoming agency for foreign sports clubs in Slovenija and offers comparison to similar foreign sports agency. Further on chapter describes an example of integral service for hockey club. The closing chapter summarizes the establishments of the research work.
