Abstract

V diplomskem delu, z naslovom Planiranje razvoja malega podjetja Mizarstvo KA s. p. s poudarkom na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa, smo v prvem delu predstavili podjetniško idejo ob ustanovitvi proučevanega podjetja, opredelili velikost in izbrane značilnosti podjetja, predstavili dejavnike uspešnosti ter panogo proučevanega podjetja. V nadaljevanju smo na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč zapisali obstoječo vizijo, poslanstvo, smotre ter temeljne in končne cilje podjetja. Izhajajoč iz poslovanja podjetja smo zanj zapisali tudi splošne, temeljne in poslovne strategije ter predstavili strukture podjetja. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela smo za podjetje Mizarstvo KA s. p. planirali razvoj na ravni politike podjetja. V ta namen smo proučili vrednote (udeležencev) podjetja, zanj določili prednosti in slabosti, ki izhajajo iz podjetja, ter možnosti in nevarnosti, ki izhajajo iz okolja. Za podjetje Mizarstvo KA s. p. smo zapisali tudi planirano politiko podjetja. Diplomsko delo smo nadaljevali s planiranjem razvoja podjetja Mizarstvo KA s. p. na ravni strateškega managementa. V okviru planiranja razvoja podjetja na ravni strateškega managementa smo zanj določili programsko-tržna področja in iskali strateške razvojne možnosti in strategije. Za planirani razvoj smo prikazali tudi potrebne prihodnje strukture podjetja. Svoje delo smo končali tako, da smo zapisali program razvoja proučevanega podjetja za prihodnja tri leta.

Secondary abstract: In the first part of the diploma paper entitled Business development planning for a small business, Carpentry KA s. p., with the emphasis on the business policy and strategic management level, the business idea underlying the establishment of the above-mentioned company is presented; the size and selected properties of the company are determined, the success factors and the industry the relevant company is engaged in are presented. In the continuation, the existing vision, mission, purposes and basic or final objectives of the company are presented. Based on the operation of the company, the general, basic and business strategies as well as the structures of the company are presented. Furthermore, we have planned the development of Carpentry KA s. p. at the company policy level. To that end, we have studied the values of (the stakeholders of) the company, determined the strengths and weaknesses arising from the company and the opportunities and threats presented by the environment. We have also presented the planned policy of Carpentry KA s. p. The next part of the diploma paper is dedicated to the planning of the development of Carpentry KA s. p. at the strategic management level. As part of the corporate development planning at the strategic management level, we have determined the programme-marketing fields and sought strategic development opportunities and strategies. We have presented the necessary future structures of the company for the planned development. Our work was completed by presenting the development programme for the analysed company for the next three years.
