Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo opredelili organizacijsko klimo, zakaj je organizacijska klima pomembna in kaj pomeni zadovoljstvo pri delu.
Povezava med organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvom pri delu je recipročna, tako kot organizacijska klima vpliva na zadovoljstvo, tako zadovoljstvo vpliva na to, kako zaposleni zaznavajo in doživljajo organizacijsko klimo v podjetju. Na zadovoljstvo pri delu vpliva veliko število dejavnikov, med drugim tudi: delo samo, možnosti napredovanja, osebne karakteristike, stil vodenja idr., vendar pa je morda ravno organizacijska klima tista, ki je najbolj neposredno povezana z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. Zadovoljstvo pri delu se uvršča k naravnanosti do dela. Definira se kot želeno ali pozitivno čustveno stanje, ki je rezultat ocene posameznikovega dela ali doživetja in izkušenj pri svojem delu.
V podjetju OKP Rogaška Slatina d. o. o. se zavedajo, da ugodna organizacijska klima vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in vodstva ter uspešnost poslovanja in doseganja ciljev podjetja. Na podlagi rezultatov in ugotovitev merjenja organizacijske klime je bil oblikovan načrt izboljšav, saj želijo zaposleni v podjetju OKP Rogaška Slatina v prihodnje še bolje sodelovali, dosegati večje uspehe, z večjim veseljem prihajati v službo in se drug ob drugem počutiti bolje.

In this thesis, we have defined the organizational climate, why is the organizational climate important and what it means the job satisfaction.
Relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction is reciprocal, as well as organizational climate impact on satisfaction, as well satisfaction affects, how employees perceive and experience the organizational culture in the company. On job satisfaction affects a large number of factors (among others: the work itself, career opportunities, personal characteristics, leadership style, ...), but perhaps the organizational climate is that which is most directly linked to employee satisfaction.
The company OKP Rogaška Slatina d.o.o. is aware that a favorable organizational climate affect on the satisfaction of employees and management, performance and the achievement of corporate goals. Based on the results and findings of the organizational climate, there was created an improvement plan to be in the future even better work together to achieve greater success, happier coming to work and each other feel better. |
