Abstract

V času gospodarske krize delovna motivacija hitro pade zaradi negotovosti delovnega mesta, plačilne nediscipline in slabših poslovnih rezultatov. Življenje postaja vse hitrejše in stresno, motivacija pa je ključ do produktivnosti. Ljudje smo različni in vsak izmed nas ima različne potrebe in želje. Če želimo razumeti zaposlene in jih s tem ustrezno motivirati, moramo najprej poznati njihove motive za delo. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili pojem motivacija, ugotovili smo, katere so motivacijske teorije in kako poteka trženje kot storitev. Na podlagi navzkrižnih vprašanj smo ugotavljali glavne motivacijske dejavnike zavarovalnega zastopnika pri trženju osebnih zavarovanj v Zavarovalnici Triglav d. d.
