Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti stopnjo znanja v izbranih elementih rokometa študentov predšolske vzgoje. Prav tako bomo v empiričnem delu ugotavljali, če so dovolj kompetentni ter gibalno podkovani za predajanje znanja mlajši generaciji. V teoretičnem delu se bomo osredotočili na kompetence ter podrobno spoznali pojem gibalnih kompetenc. Prav tako bomo opisali gibalni razvoj in njegov pomen za zdravje, manipulacijske spretnosti ter športno panogo rokomet, ki ima v diplomski nalogi ključni pomen. Pri delu z otroki je najučinkovitejše, da se učijo nov gibalni vzorec preko metode dela, ki je najbolj efektivna pri samem ciljno usmerjenem pedagoškem delu. Za najbolj efektivno velja metoda demonstracije, saj lahko otrokom neposredno prikažemo pravilno izvedbo gibalne naloge. Vloga vzgojitelja je pri tem izrednega pomena, saj kompetenten vzgojitelj otroku demonstrira pravilno izvedeno gibalno nalogo in mu s tem omogoči, da kvalitetno osvaja različne oblike gibanja. Potrebno je, da se v procesu izobraževanja tega poklica študenti izpopolnijo na gibalnem področju, za kar so poleg znanja potrebne tudi izkušnje. Na podlagi empiričnega dela, kjer smo preverjali znanje v izbranih elementih rokometa bodočih vzgojiteljev, smo ugotovili, da je znanje študentov v osnovnih elementih rokometa minimalno. Dosegli so zadostno znanje, kar je lahko posledica pomanjkanja izkušenj ali nepravilna izvedba danih gibanj.

Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of the thesis is to determine the level of knowledge in competences of students of pre-school teaching for selected handball elements. In the empirical part we will determine if students are competent enough and physically versed to pass on knowledge to the younger generation. The theoretical part will focus on the skills and define the details of motor competences. We will also describe locomotory development and its importance for health, manipulation skills and handball, which is the most important for the thesis. When working with children the most efficient teaching method is a new locomotor pattern, which is the most effective in very targeted pedagogic work. The most effective method is the method of demonstration, because it can show the proper performance of motor tasks to children. The role of the educator in this is very important, since a competent educator demonstrates to a child a properly performed physical task and enables him/her to conquer various forms of movement qualitatively. It is necessary that in the process of education for the profession students build on the locomotor field, for which experiences are also necessary - in addition to knowledge. On the basis of the empirical part, where we examined competences for selected handball elements of future educators, we found that the knowledge of students in the basic elements of handball is minimal. They achieved low knowledge, which may be due to lack of experiences or incorrect execution of the given movements. |
