Abstract

Izobraževanja so v sodobnem svetu izjemno pomembna, tudi na trgu,na katerem deluje podjetje Menart Records d.o.o., zato je za konkurenčnost podjetja izjemno pomembno, da vodstvo z namenom učinkovitejšega poslovanja prepozna potencial izobraževanja ob delu. Pomemben faktor, ki pripomore k stalnemu izobraževanju in učenju, pa je tudi motivacija. Z diplomsko nalogo želimo na osnovi analize motivacije za izobraževanje v podjetju, opredeliti obstoječe stanje in predlagati možne rešitve za prihodnost. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz šestih poglavij. V uvodnem poglavju predstavimo predpostavke, omejitve in metode dela. V drugem in tretjem poglavju preučujemo oba konstrukta, torej motivacijo in izobraževanje, v četrtem poglavju predstavimo podjetje Menart Records d.o.o., v petem pa raziskavo o pomenu motivacije in izobraževanja v obravnavanem podjetju. V zaključku podajamo sklepne misli, kjer predstavljamo rezultate raziskave, iz katere je razvidno, da si zaposleni želijo izobraževanj na delovnem mestu.

Secondary title: Motivation of the employees for education in the company Menart Records d.o.o.
Secondary abstract: In the modern world education is extremely important, even on the market on which the company Menart Records d.o.o. operates. Therefore, it is extremely important for the competitiveness of enterprises that the management identifies the potential of education at the workplace in order to better operate. Motivation is also an important factor, that contributes to permanent education and learning. In the diploma thesis we want to determine the existent condition on the base of the analysis of motivation for education in the company, that I am employed in, and to suggest possible solutions for the future. The diploma thesis consists of six chapters. We introduce assumptions, limitations, and methods of work in the initial chapter. We study both constructs – motivation and education – in the second and third chapter. In the fourth chapter we introduce company Menart Records d.o.o. In the fifth chapter we present the research on the meaning of motivation and education in the treated company. In the conclusion we present the closing thought and point out the results of the research, which show that the employees want education at the workplace.
