Abstract

Z umetnostjo in glasbo se otroci srečajo že ob rojstvu, ko jim starši pojejo, pripevajo, jih tolažijo in uspavajo, hkrati pa razvijajo njihov odnos do glasbe ter s tem spodbujajo in razvijajo njihovo glasbeno ustvarjalnost. V vrtcu je glasba posredovana skozi raznolike dejavnosti (ples, poslušanje glasbe, učenje pesmi, glasbene pravljice, plesne igre, igranje na inštrument, izmišljarije), preko katerih otroci razvijejo glasbene sposobnosti in aktivnosti, kot so: spomin, pomnjenje, motorika ...

Secondary title: VOCAL CREATIVITY OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN A KINDERGARTEN
Secondary abstract: Children encounter art and music already at birth, when their parents sing or chant to them, comfort them and put them to sleep, developing their relationship to music and thereby encouraging and developing their musical creativity. In preschool, music is communicated through a variety of activities (dancing; listening to music; learning songs, musical fairy tales; playing dance games; playing an instrument; making songs up), through which children develop musical skills and activities such as: recollection, memorization, motoric skills ... We recognize the desire to explore new ideas when a child, during different activities, tries to compose a new song by him/herself (making up a melody and lyrics, making up a melody to a given text, making up lyrics to the given melody). The purpose of the thesis was to examine the quantity and quality of vocal creation in preschool children over a period of three months, in two age groups, namely children aged 2-3 years and children aged 3-4 years. We have found that children in the age group of 3-4 years are more active and innovative in vocal creation of made-up songs.
