diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovsko-izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Organizacijska klima obstaja v vsakem podjetju in jo je moč prepoznati že ob prvem stiku z organizacijo. Ključni v vsaki organizaciji so zaposleni, ki jo s svojim delom tvorijo ter ustvarjajo neko vzdušje, ki jo določa in loči od ostalih. Zaposleni s svojim zadovoljstvom, motiviranostjo, zavzetostjo, strokovnostjo, pripadnostjo krojijo uspešnost in konkurenčnost organizacije. Ključ, ki odpira vrata uspešnosti, prepoznavnosti in obstoju organizacije, je dobra oziroma pozitivna organizacijska klima, ki jo ustvarijo zadovoljni in motivirani zaposleni.
Diplomsko delo v uvodnem delu zajema predstavitev problema, okolja in metod dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen pojem organizacijske klime in njenih dimenzij, kako jo merimo ter spremljamo, opisani so dejavniki zadovoljstva zaposlenih ter povezava med organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih.
Empirični del naloge je sestavljen iz predstavitve Javnega zavoda Krajinski park Goričko, analize anketnega vprašalnika in testiranja zastavljenih hipotez. V nadaljevanju je podana interpretacija rezultatov testiranja raziskovalnih vprašanj. Testirane so bile štiri predpostavljene hipoteze, za katere smo menili, da so za zavod zelo pomembne. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo vodstvu organizacije podali predloge izboljšav slabše ocenjenih dimenzij organizacijske klime.

Each company has its own organizational climate, which can be identified at first contact. The key factor are definitely employees, as they form the organizational climate and create an atmosphere, that defines and separates from the rest. Employees with their satisfaction, motivation, commitment, professionalism and loyalty are dictating the performance and competitiveness of the organization. We can all agree, that the key to success and existence is, in every aspect, a positive organizational climate, created by satisfied and motivated employees.
In the introduction the thesis presents the problem, environment and working methods. Furthermore, theoretical part describes the concept of organizational climate and its dimensions, how it is measured and monitored. Employee satisfaction factors defines the relationship between their's satisfaction and organizational climate.
The empirical part begins with presentation of the Public Institution Nature Park Goričko, analysis of questionnaire and continues with testing of four hypotheses, for which we assumed their great relevance for the Institution. In the following there is an interpretation of results, given by research questions. We conclude with proposals for improvement of less estimated dimensions of an organizational climate, which were also presented to the Institusion's management. |
