Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava varilne robotske celice, namenjene varjenju okvirja motocikla. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil izdelati namensko robotsko celico ter predstaviti, na kakšen način delujejo robotski sistemi. V diplomskem delu so opisani vsi potrebni sestavni deli za izgradnjo namenske robotske celice. V jedru diplomskega dela je predstavljen programski del, s pomočjo katerega podrobneje spoznamo način in princip delovanja celotnega sistema. Za lažje razumevanje in upravljanje robotske celice smo pripravili vizualna navodila. S tem bo upravljalcu stroja olajšan nadzor nad vstavljenimi kosi, ki so potrebni za izdelavo okvirja motocikla.

Secondary title: Robotic welding of motorcycle frame
Secondary abstract: In the thesis the production of welding robot cell is presented. It is designed to weld the frame of the motorcycle. The aim of the thesis was to develop a purposive robotic cell and present how robotic systems operate. All the necessary components to build a purposive robotic cell are also described. The main part of the thesis presents the software part, through which we comprehend the method and principle of the entire system operation. For better understanding and management of the robotic cell we prepared visual instructions. It will be easier to control the machine and the inserted pieces, which are needed for the manufacture of the frame.
