diplomsko delo
Nina Uranjek (Author), Milan Zorman (Mentor)

Abstract

Secondary title: Approaching a project by using Scrum agile methodology and following lean concepts
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the diploma is to examine the implementation of the project leadership based on Scrum agile methodology as well as lean thinking. Study of Slovenian and foreign literature shows the best approach is to include practices for detection and elimination of waste into everyday Scrum process through entire product life cycle. With this we strive to constant learning and improvements and consequently better efficiency. Due to well established framework Scrum represents a good basis for a product implementation, having in mind, that we want to get leaner every day (even at the Scrum's expense, if needed).
