Abstract
Večkrat je slišati, da so zaposleni največje premoženje podjetja, vendar to velja le, če so zadovoljni in motivirani. S takimi je podjetje lahko vedno konkurenčno. Ena izmed aktivnosti, ki vpliva na izboljšanje odnosov med zaposlenimi, je timbilding (angl. team building), katerega ponudba je tudi v Sloveniji vedno večja in podjetja se zanj pogosteje odločajo.
Namen naloge je bil z raziskavo ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri timbilding vpliva na motivacijo med zaposlenimi. Ugotoviti smo želeli tudi, v kolikšni meri se podjetja odločajo za tovrstne programe, in v kakem številu se jih zaposleni udeležujejo. Cilj je bil tudi ugotoviti, ali so sedaj zaposleni v podjetju bolj zadovoljni in motivirani na delovnem mestu, kot so bili pred udeležbo programa, ter ali so mnenja, da so programi uspešni.
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V raziskovalnem delu smo s pomočjo ankete ugotavljali motiviranost zaposlenih po opravljenem timbilding programu. Raziskava je pokazala, da so zaposleni po obisku timbilding programa bolj motivirani na delovnem mestu in da timbilding program smatrajo kot uspešen, pri vplivu na njihovo motivacijo. Raziskava je pokazala tudi, da se veliko podjetij odloča za tovrstne programe, in da se jih tudi njihovi zaposleni radi udeležujejo, saj je njihov odnos do timbilding programa v večini pozitiven.
Opomba: V besedilu uporabljamo poslovenjen izraz za team building. Gre za gradnjo timskega dela.

We repeatedly hear that employees are the greatest assets of the business, but this is true only, if they are satisfied and motivated. With such, the company can be competitive. One of the activities, that affect the improvement of relations between employees, is team building, which in Slovenia the offer is growing and companies often decide to use.
This thesis consist of theoretical and research work.
The purpose of the task was with a survey to determine the extent of team building effect on motivation among employees. We also wonted to determine the extent, to which companies opt for such programes and find out in what number of the employees are participating in. The objective was also to determine, if the employees are now more satisfied and motivated at work after the program, as they were before.
In the research work, we used survey and determined employees motivation after the team building program. Research has shown that employees are more motivated in the workplace, after visiting the team building program and team building program is considered to be successful, the impact on their motivation. The research also showed, that many companies choose this programs for, and their employees like to attend. We aslo noted that employees have positive attitude to the team building programs. |
