diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo na kratko prikazali proces razvoja novega izdelka v osmih fazah tako s teoretičnega kot s praktičnega vidika. V praktičnem delu je predstavljen realen potek razvoja novega izdelka v podjetju Mlinotest d.d. Zajeli smo vse razvojne faze, ki jih je potrebno oceniti, analizirati, pravilno organizirati in realizirati, da pride podjetje do tržno uspešnega in dobičkonosnega izdelka. Pri posameznih fazah naletimo na probleme, ki smo jih v nalogi analizirali in zanje predlagali izboljšave. Naš cilj je namreč znižati stroške na vseh ravneh dela, kar pomeni zmanjšati vpliv največjih problemov v prehrambeni industiji, ki jih predstavljajo: odpadne surovine pri izdelavi izdelkov, kratki roki trajanja, vračilo določenih izdelkov, draga embalaža in posledično slabo ocenjeni stroški materiala ter dela.
Rešitev vidimo v dobri organizaciji dela, ki zajema vse faze razvoja izdelka, in služb znotraj podjetja, ki pri tem sodelujejo.

Secondary abstract: |
In my thesis I present a brief description of the process of developing a new product in eight stages of development – the chapter featuring the theoretical base and the practical part which presents a real development process of a new product in the company Mlinotest d.d. I included all the stages of development which must be examined, analysed, properly organized and realized in order for a company to achieve a product which is both successful on the market and profitable at the same time. At each single stage we shall encounter a problem which will have to be resolved in the future. The aim is to lower the costs at all levels of work. Some of the major problems facing the food industry are short expiry dates, some of product returns, expensive packaging ans consequently bad estimated costs material and work.
This problem can be resolved with a good working plan which more or less includes all stages of product development, and jobs positions collaborating within a company. |
