diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo racionalizacijo v NLB d. d. Racionalizacija pomeni
»pocenitev poslovanja«, česar pa ne dosežemo samo z odpuščanjem, ampak
predvsem z racionalizacijo materiala, časa dela in drugim. Racionalizacija ima
samo en cilj – finančni prihranek. Organizacija je sistem ljudi, sredstev in virov,
kar pomeni, da je z ene strani instrument oziroma orodje za doseganje ciljev, z
druge strani pa skupnost interesov ljudi. Kadri so vsi delavci v organizaciji ne
glede na njihovo stopnjo izobrazbe ali drugačno strokovno usposobljenostjo. Banka
je gospodarski subjekt, ki je podvržen gospodarski strukturi, kar pomeni, da ta
gospodarska struktura vpliva na bančništvo in njegovo organiziranost. Vloga banke
je vedno odvisna od razvojne stopnje gospodarstva in od gospodarskega sistema.
Prvo fazo procesa racionalizacije je NLB d.d. začela uresničevati v začetku julija
2013. Reorganizacija je vplivala na število in strukturo zaposlenih, poleg tega pa
je k racionalnejšemu poslovanju pripomogla tudi izvedena prostorska optimizacija.

In this diploma thesis we are dealing with the rationalisation in NLB d. d.
Rationalisation means “cost effective business model” which is not achieved only
by the employee dismissal but also with the rationalisation of the material
consumption, work time and other methods. Rationalisation’s sole goal is financial
savings. Organisation is a system combined of people, means and resources which
means by one side it is a tool to reach a goal and by the other side it is a
community of interests. Staff of organization consists of all the workers regardless
of their education or other work competence. The bank is an economic entity
which is subject to the economic structure which impacts the banking system and
its organisation. The role of the bank always depends on economic development
and economic system. The first phase of the rationalization process in the NLB
d.d. started in early July 2013. The reorganization affected the number and
structure of employees. Spatial optimization also contributed to the overall
corporate rationalisation. |
