Abstract

Izhodiščni cilj diplomske naloge je raziskava in analiza trga uporabnikov modnih oblačil v Ljubljani. V uvodnem delu so podani opredelitev problema, metodologija ter raziskovalna vprašanja, kar je bilo v pomoč pri izvedbi tržne raziskave. V teoretičnem delu sta predstavljena trgovinska dejavnost skozi razširjen marketinški splet 7xP ter ciljno trženje. Del naloge smo namenili tudi strategiji trženja modnih oblačil ter kakovost in ugotavljanju zadovoljstva uporabnikov modnih oblačil. Prepoznavnost trga modnih oblačil smo prikazali na konkretnem primeru prodajne galerije Cliché, podjetja Cliché d.o.o. Med uporabniki prodajalne smo izvedli raziskavo. Rezultate raziskave smo analizirali z ustreznimi statističnimi metodami in podali odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja.

Secondary abstract: The goal of this diploma is to research and analysis of the market of users of fashion chlothing in Ljubljana. The introduction contains definition of the problem, methodology and research questions, which provided necessary help with the execution of the market research. The teoretical part contains a presentation of store activity through the extended marketing mix 7Ps and targeted marketing. A part of this paper was also devoted to the strategy of marketing strategy of fashion chlothes and quality, as well as research of user satisfaction fashionable clothes. The recognition of fashion chlotes market has been demosntrated on a concrete example of a company. A market research and analysis is presented in connection to market information system (MIS), followed by answers to the research questions and the closure.
