Abstract

Magistrska naloga se ukvarja z opredeljevanjem strategij in taktik pri upravljanju odnosov z javnostmi. Podrobneje nas je zanimalo, kakšna je vloga in uporaba le-teh pri načrtovanju, izvajanju in ocenjevanju procesa odnosov z javnostmi. Odnosi z javnostmi so ena od sestavin upravljanja v organizaciji, ki odgovarja za uspešnost in učinkovitost odnosov med organizacijo, njenimi deležniki ter javnostjo. Za učinkovit in uspešno izveden odnos so v vsaki fazi procesa potrebni načrti in številni ukrepi, s katerimi organizacija pridobi ugled in zaupanje javnosti. Namen naloge je, da poleg predstavitve obravnavanega problema s pomočjo vprašalnikov ugotovi, katerih strategij in taktik se pri procesu odnosov z javnostmi poslužujejo nekatere slovenske organizacije oziroma oddelki za odnose z javnostmi.

Secondary title: The role and the use of strategies and tactics in managing public relations
Secondary abstract: This master's thesis deals with specifying strategies and tactics when dealing with public relations. We were specifically interested in their role and implementation in the process of planning, execution, and evaluation of public relations. Public relations are one compound in organization's management and are responsible for prosperity and effectiveness of relations between one organization, its members, and the general public. Plans and various measures are necessary to implement one relation effectively and successfully in every phase of this process. In that way, an organization gains reputation and public trust. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate this problem and establish tactics and to determine strategies that are commonly used in some Slovenian organizations or public relations departments.
