Abstract

Namen magistrske naloge je na podlagi pregleda domače in tuje strokovne literature o plesni umetnosti raziskati izvor plesa in njegov razvoj od prazgodovine do danes. V nalogi nas zanimajo vplivi plesne terapije na posameznika in še posebej slovenski ljudski plesi v krogu. Prav tako smo opravili empirično raziskavo o plesih v krogu.

Secondary title: Circle dances
Secondary abstract: The aim of the dissertation is to do a research, based on the review of national and international scientific writings, on the origin of the dance, the development of the dance from prehistory up to now, the influence of dance therapy on an individual, as well as the Slovenian folk circle dances. A research on circle dances was done as well. The research explored the influence of Bach Flower Dances and Dances for Nature on their participators. 14 completed questionnaires were statistically analysed. It was found out that beneficial effects of Bach Flower Dances on body and mind surpass positive effects of other circle dances considered and therefore, in the future, Bach Flower Dances should gain more attention and interest in music pedagogy practice.
